Let me be clear: midlife is not a medical problem  but being ignored, misdiagnosed, and told “it’s just aging” is.

I’m Valeria, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and women’s hormone expert who got tired of watching brilliant women fall apart in silence while doing “everything right.”

            (That WAS ME!)

I created Empower HER Health because women like us need more than another diet or supplement. We need real answers, real strategy  and someone who actually cares and listens.

I don’t hand out cookie-cutter plans. I create individualized care plans that meet my clients where they are. I teach busy women how to decode their symptoms, balance their hormones, and take back control one smart, doable shift at a time.
